In this part of the interview, Will and I talk about the benefits of transcendental meditation (TM) and how to determine the money value of delivering a life changing service, like TM. Many times I see business owners struggling with this question and benchmarking their prices on what the competition is charging. This is not a good strategy, because we don’t know what their cost base is and if our costs are higher we’ve just lost critical profit margin. The real question here is not if our price is too high, or too low, it’s what value are we bringing to the market and how much are our customers prepared to pay for this value/service.
